What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination addresses, and the details of your move: service level, crew size, hours, date and arrival window, heavy items, and anything you tell us in notes or messages.

During your move we also keep the crew's status updates, arrival and completion times, job photos, and any ratings, tips, messages, or claims connected to your booking.

How we use it

To price, schedule, and carry out your move; to send you confirmations, reminders, crew updates, and receipts; to answer your questions and handle claims; and to keep the records we need for tax, insurance, and safety purposes.

The crew assigned to your job sees only what they need to do the work: your name, addresses, phone number, arrival window, and job details.

Texts and email

When you give us your phone number you agree to receive texts about your move plus occasional offers and discounts. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Message and data rates may apply.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. Your full card number never reaches us — we keep only the last four digits and the card brand so you can recognise it.

Who else sees your details

We share what is necessary with the crew or partner moving company assigned to your job, our payment processor, and the services that send our texts and emails. We also share information when the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.

We do not sell your information and we do not rent our customer list to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your booking records for as long as we need them for accounting, insurance, and claim purposes, and then remove them. You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.
